🚀 2024-2025 Science & Technology English Presentation and Poster Competition – Now Open for Registration!

📌 Eligibility:

👩‍🎓 Open to all enrolled students in the College of Engineering.

🔹 Competition Categories:

1️⃣ Oral Presentation 🗣
2️⃣ Poster Exhibition 🎨

📅 Competition Schedule:

🔸 Oral Presentation: January 7, 2025 (Tuesday), 09:00 – 16:00
🔹 Poster Exhibition: From December 20, 2024 (Friday) onwards, displayed indefinitely on the official competition website.

📜 Competition Rules:

✔ Participants may register for both categories.
✔ Oral Presentation: Individual participation only.
✔ Poster Exhibition: Individual or team participation (up to 6 members per team).
✔ Topics must be related to science, technology, or research (same topic cannot be submitted for both categories).
✔ Each department is limited to:

• 4 oral presentation participants (2 for independent institutes & undergraduate programs).
• 6 poster exhibition teams (3 for independent institutes & undergraduate programs).
  ✔ All competition activities must be conducted in English.

🎤 Oral Presentation Guidelines:

📌 Presentation Duration: 10 minutes + 3-minute Q&A session.
📌 Submission Deadline: January 2, 2025 (Thursday) before 12:00 PM – Submit your PowerPoint (PPTX) or PDF file.
📌 Format: Live in-person presentation in English on January 7, 2025 (Tuesday).

🎨 Poster Exhibition Guidelines:

📌 Poster Size: A0 format (see Attachment 3).
📌 English Presentation Video: Participants must record a 3-minute English presentation video.
📌 Submission Deadline: December 20, 2024 (Friday) before 12:00 PM – Submit both electronic poster and presentation video.

🎁 All participants will receive a commemorative gift & certificate of participation.
