📝 Eligibility & Requirements

✔ Must be a current NCU student
✔ Must have basic Japanese knowledge (at least learned Hiragana/Katakana, completed one semester of Japanese courses, or hold a JLPT certification)
✔ If applications exceed 50, students will be selected based on Japanese proficiency

💰 Program Fees

✅ Free! (No tuition & no accommodation fees! 🎉)
❌ Participants must cover their own airfare, passport, travel insurance, and personal expenses.

📢 Applications must be nominated by the Office of International Affairs (OIA).

2️⃣ Complete the online system application:

• Select "Overseas Camp" under the program category
• Choose "Hiroshima University Winter Program"
• Print the application for departmental approval & stamping
