• Location: College of Engineering, National Central University 
• Registration Period: April 1, 2026 – May 22, 2026 (until full) 
• Fee: NT$975 (online registration and payment required) 
• Eligibility: Open to College of Engineering students only

• Low-income candidates: Eligible for discounted registration. Please submit the required documents to the College of Engineering office before May 11, 2026: 
Required Documents
• Electronic copy of either: 
o “Low-Income Household Certificate” OR 
o Front and back of “Low-Income Household Card” issued by the local district office 
• File name format: ID number (for local students) + Full Name 
Photo Requirements
• A recent color photo of the candidate, front-facing, with clear facial features, no hat 
• You may take the photo with a smartphone; stand against a plain background 
• Face should occupy about 3/4 of the frame 
• Remove glasses before taking the photo 
• Format: JPG, at least 531 × 354 pixels (height × width), under 4MB 
• File name format: ID number (for local students)

📌 Test Day Notes
• Please bring a valid ID: 
1. Local students: National ID card or passport (under 16 may use NHI card) 
2. International students: Passport or ARC used during registration 
3. Students from Mainland China: Mainland Resident ID 
• Arrive 30 minutes before the test; late arrivals will NOT be admitted 
• For test and score inquiries, visit the TOEIC website: http://www.toeic.com.tw 
• No certificate application is available for this session.
If you need a certificate, please register for a public TOEIC test instead.

• No test session changes are allowed 
• If cancellation is required due to force majeure, 50% of the test fee will be charged as a handling fee
