To fulfill the University Social Responsibility (USR) mission and respond to local needs in Fuxing District, Taoyuan City, the College of Engineering is offering a new course this semester, “Engineering Technology and Social Practice.”
The course aims to cultivate students’ ability to apply engineering knowledge and expertise to address local issues, extending learning from the classroom to real-world community settings. Through interaction and collaboration with local communities, students will develop interdisciplinary competencies, a sense of social responsibility, and the capacity to contribute to sustainable development through engineering practice.
