Dear Students,
National Central University will hold the “2026 AI Sustainability Forum × New Horizons in Interdisciplinary Innovation and Student Project Showcase” on Tuesday, November 24, 2026.
As part of the event, each college will nominate one to two student teams to present their AI-related projects through poster displays and oral presentations. This will provide students with an opportunity to showcase their achievements in AI applications, interdisciplinary innovation, and sustainable practices.
The College of Engineering cordially invites our currently enrolled students—including undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students—to form teams and apply. Teams with research or practical projects related to AI applications, interdisciplinary innovation, sustainability, or other relevant areas are welcome to participate.
Through this forum, we hope to provide student teams with an opportunity to share their work, exchange ideas, broaden their perspectives, and represent the College of Engineering by demonstrating their academic achievements and innovative capabilities.
Two popularity awards will be presented:
The top three teams in each category will receive prizes, with a maximum award of NT$20,000 for each category. Participating students and their advisors will also receive certificates of participation and guidance, respectively, from the event organizer.
As promotional activities were limited during the summer break, the application deadline has been extended to Tuesday, September 15. Teams interested in applying should submit the following information by the deadline so that the College may compile the applications and complete the nomination process:
The important dates are as follows:
◆ Tuesday, September 15: Team application deadline
◆ Friday, October 9: Submission of a 2–3-minute project introduction video
◆ Tuesday, November 10: Submission of the presentation file and one poster file
◆ Tuesday, November 24: Project showcase and presentations
The event poster is attached to this email. The event website is currently under construction, and further information will be provided once it is available. A detailed schedule for the day of the event will also be announced after the application deadline.
We warmly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your team’s research and practical achievements. We look forward to seeing your outstanding work at the AI Sustainability Forum!
Best regards,
College of Engineering
