Thermal Management Research Center

This center operates under the College of Engineering at National Central University. The Thermal Management Research Center aims to integrate research and development technologies in thermal-fluid science, manufacturing, and materials from both within and outside the university, with a focus on high-efficiency heat dissipation technologies for electronic components and equipment. As AI and high-performance computing devices continue to advance rapidly, chip power consumption and heat generation have risen sharply, making thermal management a critical challenge for the development of the information and electronics industries.

The Center is committed to technology integration and innovation, providing thermal management solutions at both the chip and system levels, while also cultivating interdisciplinary talent in thermal management to support domestic and international industries in addressing future high-performance cooling challenges.
